Infused with hip-hop elements, “Anhedonia” is a deceptively upbeat indie pop song, exploring what it’s like to go through the motions while trying desperately to cling to small sources of joy and relief, as they become less and less effective. At its core, It’s a song about asking yourself if you need to make a change.
